A large-scale Wall Jewels commission for Amazon’s Vancouver office, coordinated by art consultant Indiewalls. More than twenty-five hand blown glass jewels in an extensive range of colourways – cobalt blue, iridescent purple, gold, bronze, mirror chrome, and marbled finishes are scattered across a full-length terracotta feature wall in a composition that reads like a constellation.
The industrial setting and exposed ductwork, concrete floors and open ceiling makes the richness and variety of the glass colours all the more striking. Each jewel is individually blown and finished, with no two pieces identical. The commission demonstrates how Soffi’s Wall Jewels design scales to large corporate environments, working equally well in tech campuses and hospitality spaces.
