For a private residence in Toronto, we worked with art consultant Rachel Doner Turrin on a Wall Jewels installation spanning a hallway wall adjacent to the main living areas.
Each piece in the collection is individually blown in a distinct multicolour palette; ruby, cobalt, teal, deep purple, chrome, and layered swirl combinations, with no two pieces identical. The forms range from shallow dish profiles to fuller sphere-like shapes, mounted in a loose diagonal scatter that reads as both spontaneous and intentional. The variety of colour and surface within a single composition is the point: the wall becomes a collection rather than a pattern.
The neutral backdrop and residential scale make this one of the more intimate applications of the Wall Jewels, the pieces hold their own without architectural drama behind them.
