A large-scale Burst installation for a private residence in Michigan, commissioned through Melanie Werner Art Consulting. Spanning approximately 15 feet across, the composition radiates outward from a central point in gold and copper ruby mirrored Wall Tubes, each element hand blown and individually mounted to create the characteristic starburst form.
The space itself set an exceptional brief: a timber-framed, polished concrete car collection garage with generous ceiling height and floor-to-ceiling glazing on three sides. The Burst holds the wall without competing with the architecture – warm, bold, and scaled to the room.
